We call ourselves "church for people who want to hang out with Jesus but don't want to go to church."

We are affiliated with the United Church of Christ, the first major denomination in the U.S. to ordain women, LGBTQ people, and openly polyamorous pastors. We take the stories from the Bible as some of our sacred texts -- but also find sacred worth in literature, poetry, other religions, Christian writings beyond the Bible, nature, and the stories of our own lives.

We hope to become a community of mutual aid and support. Everyone has something to give and something to receive. This community of mutual aid is organized around the Living Heart of the Divine, that which Christians call God.
